Blue Chip Hair Nail & Skin Care Salon in Financial District (wall Street) is Awesome. Been going there since I think 1998 (when they were on Broadway before they moved to New street) as my friend introduced me. Alex cuts my hair. He thinks through what he is going to to with the hair and how it will grow out and what it will look like once it grows out (so it looks better). I know this sounds very basic. But you'll see what I mean when you go. I never write testimonials, but have to give it up for my boy Alex. VERY professional. Passionate about his craft. He cares. He knows how to treat customers too (everybody there does too). I moved to FL recently. I don't get a hair cut BEFORE flying back up to visit NY. Instead I plan it so I get my cut when I GET TO N.Y..
