Complaints I have, • Was told a lie that the phone could be replaced at the store when in fact policies did not allow • Took 2 hours of my time showing customer satisfaction • Referred me to Insurance and confirmed the new phone + $50 without my consent. Pushed me to make this payment that I told you I didn’t want to do. • The hassle you gave me about not having my phone was inappropriate 2 days in a row • Your front end desk activating my phone did a incorrect job, second tried to steal my memory card(was watching him while I was asking if the carry case was his. He responded yes and knew that the memory card(recently upgraded) would fit his phone too. I walked out to see if he would tell me that the mem card was still in my old phone. Waited 2 min then walked back in to see him taking it out). • Was on the phone for 2 to 3 hours because the DEC number on phone was incorrect. Thx for all this. never made a late payment, loyal for 5 to 6 years now and this is the service I get at your store. i am contemplating to take my family account someplace else. And wish I never walked into a badly run store like that. Oh, its not a complaint but having your techy look me up and down isn’t a good vibe to customers either. And pushing some program (CSAM or something like that) isn’t the best thing when you clearly got me so mad to write up a complaint like this.
