the x5 was @ the dealership for 3 and 1/2 weeks.There was a computer problem that led to a huge backlog of vehicles that had to be reprogrammed. Besides that the staff was extremely attentive and courteous. I was constantly informed by Jia of all updates and progress.i give the customer service 5 stars

Just wonderful! I brought in my car due to red light on dashboard saying "low tire". Even with no appt. I was done in 15 min. and could go to my office. My car was delivered to my garage the same day.
