These guys were great, very nice and helpful. The price quoted was one of the lowest I got but that wasn't the only reason I chose this company. The customer service is excellent, there is always someone to talk to, quick response to emails and phone calls. The best part is the happy ending.....I LOVE MY CLOSET...I paid less that 2K but it looks like a movie star closet.

The designer, Ben, was super, SUPER friendly, extremely patient, punctual and very professional! The custom closet that was put in matched our needs perfectly. He was not at all pushy and was very open to all our ideas and suggestions. The day of the installation: Ben came to site with the installers, was on top of things, cordial and experienced. It took about 4 hours to completely install everything; once they were done, they did a great job of cleaning up and left nothing behind except for a beautiful brand new custom closet! This is the best part. After 3 months..one of the hinges for the pull-out laundry baskets got a little loose. (I guess I stuffed it too much) No problem. I gave a quick call to the main office Smart Closet Solution, they put in a service order, and within 3 days their workers came in, replaced the hinge with a brand new one, and left. No charge!!! It was worth to hire a well known company who stands behind their product. I know I have a REAL lifetime guarrantee for my closets witch gives me a piece of mind and best of all I know I got a GREAT deal and I LOVE my closets. We would recommend to everyone!
