My wife and I recently contracted Classic to shuttle guests to and from our wedding. However, the driver arrived five minutes late for the first pick-up, which made him late for subsequent pick-up and drop-offs and ultimately made some guests late to our wedding ceremony.
Making matters worse, when we contacted the company about this problem, they were unaccommodating and rude. They never called back when promised. Their representative tried to place the blame on traffic instead of the fact that her driver arrived late -- an undisputed fact, by the way, that the company admits. Somehow, in their minds, their employee arriving late and thus throwing off the entire schedule doesn't qualify as bad service or a breach of contract.
Classic did not hit the times we contracted them for pick-up and drop-off and took no responsibility for this when faced with the issue. Classic does not deserve your business.
