Envy Nail Salon in Fordham Heights is a full service nail salon with great prices. Their best deal is a full set of acrylic tips for $10. However, the place is dirty and some of the technicians do not know how to do nails well. But if you can get over the wait, dirty environment, and play roulette with the technicians then it's not such a bad place.
